Power Flow Yoga is a vinyasa-style yoga class that puts together a flowing
sequence of yoga poses (asanas) coordinated with the movements
of the breath. Class begins with gentle poses linked by several sun salutations
to warm the body and generate internal heat. A progression of postures, such
as various Warrior poses, Chair poses and balance poses, are linked together
to enhance balance, strength, and flexibility. The practice involves both
mental and physical concentration but also allows you to work at whatever
level you are in at that moment. Quiet meditation is also incorporated at
the beginning and end of the class leaving you feeling balanced and energized.
